Elite Teams-Elite, Junior Elite,  Xterra/AR: Our elite teams are comprised of athletes that consistently place overall in their races, and/or are capable of competition on a national level.  Our goal is to catch these talented athletes on their way up; honing and developing their talents to the highest degree. Our elite athlete’s may receive coaching services or discounted coaching services, specialty services, special discounts through our retail partner Roswell Bicycles, and/or cash bonus’ for overall race placements.  Contracts are negotiated on a case by case basis.  Our Elite athletes must also take an active role in supporting our teams programs and marketing our services and that of our sponsors.  Please note that it is recommended you apply by October of each season as our Elite sponsorship budget is limited.

Junior Elite Team: The goal for our Junior Elite team is to identify up and coming talent in the 14-19 age range.  We work closely with the governing bodies, understand their standards, and have extensive experience developing young athletes to the highest levels in triathlon, cross country/track, cycling, and swimming.  Our juniors have gone on to national competition and have earned scholarships to major universities.  Select juniors may be eligible for our coaching scholarship program and may receive a substantial discount on coaching services.  Juniors are mentored on sportsmanship, skill sets, tactics, and as part of our teams program are involved in philanthropy and sport development activities.   Apply for the Junior Elite Team

Age Group Team: Our age group team is comprised of athletes that consistently place in their age group. This may be on the local level. Our age group team members receive a full team kit and select specialty services deeply discounted. Our coaches and Registered Dietician are on hand to assist and consult with team members free of charge.  Younger team members are assigned a mentor, and Team Sport Factory has quarterly social events and group work outs that allow you to get to know your fellow competitors.  We are committed to helping athletes of all age groups achieve their true potential. Club Team: Our club team is inclusive to all athletes of all levels. Club members join The Sport Factory “family” and are invited to attend all club social events, receive free admission to select clinics, access to our memebers services, special discounts through our team sponsors, and their own web page. They also receive a 20% discount on all of our one to one coaching services such as bike fitting, testing, video analysis, and sport specific strength training.  Best of all you receive the support and encouragement of your fellow team members on race day.  The cost of joining the club is a one time fee of $99 and includes a Sport Factory Tri top.
