The Sport Factory supports a multiple team system that is inclusive to everyone.  Our teams are comprised of athletes from beginner to professional, and from junior to senior. We are not just invested in our team member’s results; we are invested in our team members personal success and satisfaction of their goals. As a USA Triathlon Certified Performance Center, The Sport Factory has a wide variety of athlete resources available at special team discounts.  Our team members also receive special discounts from our Pro Shop, Cannon Cyclery, and have sports medicine professionals, massage therapists, and chiropractors at their disposal.  We have a proven ”ladder of athletic success” with more resources and financial support being offered at each successive rung, such as our Coaching Scholarship Program.  The outcome of our teams program has been demonstrated by over 125 wins, as well as hundreds of podiums, category placements, Regional, National and World Champion qualifications and titles.

Elite Team: Our elite team is comprised of athletes that consistently place overall in their races, and/or are capable of competition on a national level.  The base criteria is three overall placements in races with over 500 participants within 2 years, or competition on the National level (ex. top AG finish Nationally).  Our goal is to catch these talented athletes on their way up; honing and developing their talents to the highest degree by applying our extensive resources. Many of our Elite team members have achieved their pro license, and our team members are credited with six national titles, over 125 overall wins, and hundreds of podium finishes.  Our Elite athlete’s receive one of the most attractive incentive packages in the country including…

• Coaching services or discounted coaching services with an elite level coach.
• Open access to specialty services (VO2 testing, Bike Fitting, Video Analysis, etc..) free of charge
• Free access to our training center and classes.
• Cost+ 10% discounts through our pro shop saving them hundreds on equipment costs.
• Discounted bicycle service through Cannon Cyclery and cost+ on parts.
• “Pay for podium” race fee reimbursement (amateur)

Pro contracts are negotiated on a case by case basis whereas amateurs receive a package.  Our Elite athletes must also take an active role in supporting our teams programs and marketing our services and that of our sponsors, and support our philanthropy; My First Bike.

Coaching Scholarship Program. Our scholarship athletes have demonstrated exceptional ability while being relatively new to their sport. We invest in these young athletes in the hopes of refining their talent to the greatest potential. The Scholarship Athletes are young athletes with remarkable talent, and the scholarship program acts as a feeder to our Elite Team.  We provide these athletes with steeply discounted coaching services and all of our extensive resources are applied to these athletes. The scholarship program has proven to be enormously successful and our athletes are credited with 100 Overall Wins, Regional, and National Championship titles as well as Elite (pro card) qualification. Junior Elite Team: The goal for our Junior Elite team is to identify up and coming talent in the 14-19 age range.  We work closely with the governing bodies, understand their standards, and have extensive experience developing young athletes to the highest levels in triathlon, cross country/track, cycling, and swimming.  Our juniors have gone on to win National Champion titles and have earned scholarships to major universities.  Select juniors may be eligible to move up to our coaching scholarship program and may receive a substantial discount on coaching services.  Juniors are mentored on sportsmanship, skill sets, tactics, and as part of our teams program are involved in philanthropy and sport development activities.   Apply for the Junior Elite Team

Performance Team: Our Performance Team is comprised of athletes that consistently place in their age group.  Our base criteria is three age group placements in race over 500 participants within 2 years, or qualification for the Age Group World Championship.  Our Performance Team members receive a full team kit and a 50% discount on  specialty services such as Bike Fitting, VO2 Testing, Video Analysis, and team discounts on our camps and classes.  Performance Team members also receive a 20% discount on items in our Pro Shop.  Team Sport Factory has quarterly social events, a year end banquet, and group work outs that allow you to get to know your fellow competitors.  We are committed to helping athletes of all age groups achieve their true potential. Our TSF Performance Youth Triathlon Team teaches the fundamentals of triathlon to the most advanced triathlon skill sets, while promoting healthy lifestyles, safety, fitness, sportsmanship and fun.  For ages 7-14 our we introduce more advanced skill sets to our 12-14 year old kids, or when appropriate. Club Team: Our club team is inclusive to all athletes of all levels. Club members join The Sport Factory “family” and are invited to attend all club social events, receive free admission to select clinics, access to our member services, special discounts through our pro shop, and their own web page. They also receive a 20% discount on all of our one to one coaching services such as bike fitting, testing, video analysis, and sport specific strength training.  Best of all you receive the support and encouragement of your fellow team members on race day.  The cost of joining the club is a fee of just $45 ($75 includes a Sport Factory Tri top.)
