“Although our business now has many facets, or primary goal has always been and will always be to get people faster.  Everything we do filters down to serving our athletes.” says Coach Matt Russ.  In 2012 Team Sport Factory will be the largest in their 5 year history, but the Elite Team has nearly doubled in size despite more stringent qualification standards.  The goal of the Elite team is to bring athletes to total fruition; in 2011 two members qualfied for their pro cards with several more on the very cusp.  Some of these athletes worked their way up through the Performance Team, to the Scholarship Program, to the Elite Team demonstrating the developmental pathway in place.

TSF Coaching Scholarship Program has also increased dramatically in size for 2012.  This program is for athletes under the age of 25 that demonstrate a high level of ability against certain performance markers.  A wide variety of high level resources and financial support is available to these athletes as they work under a performance coach.
