Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Flat is nice. Hot and humid is not. So welcome to south Georgia. Had a good swim (second fastest), and PR’d with my pace on the bike (24.6 mph), but then just couldn’t get the legs going on the run and lost the race here. i was 19 seconds from second and 28 seconds from first….all lost on the run. i guess that’s what happens when you try to train through a race, but it will pay off in the end…..right?!! The race was run very well and the rain held off until the awards ceremony!
