Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Rough day for me. I had been sick all week and considered not doing the race at all. I felt about 80% on race day. My swim was not too bad, but it all kind of went down hill from there. I had a mechanical issue on the bike which forced me to stop at times throughout the bike course. By the time I got to the run, my body was rebelling against me from the heat and sickness. Unfortunately I posted the slowest run I have ever had. The good news…I finished and hopefully got the Sport Factory a few extra points. Nationals has got to be a lot better.
