Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: This was my first race since my cast came off! I had to miss 2 other races due to my bike crash and broken arm. I had a great race in Nashville. This was my first swim in a river and I had a good swim, 5:13. I had only been on my bike twice since the cast came off because I couldn’t shift! I had a solid bike and liked the course. The run was hot and hard but the run turned out okay too. I ended up 27th overall out of 450 people. Had Alex, my brother, gotten 3rd overall I would’ve placed in my AG but he missed it and was 1st in my AG thus pushing me to 4th. I have to race in the 13-15 AG and I don’t turn 13 until Dec 30. I beat a lot of my fellow teammates on the SE Regional team that are older than me. I liked this race a lot and would go back again.
