Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Another PR….3 in a row in the 1/2 Iron distance. Had another solid run off the bike, although the heat in Georgia hampered my ability to get in the long runs necessary to make more improvements. Somehow found the legs to do the 2nd loop of the run in 53 minutes vs. 50 on the first and preserved the PR by 60 seconds. Stuck around to see if I would get a rolldown spot to Clearwater, and I did! Now comes the real training to show I belong in the WC race!
