Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: This was only my second sprint tri of the season since I have been focusing more on long course this year. It felt good to get out and do short course racing again! Everything when as well as could be expected, but I did improve my bike split by around 3 mins over last year. I had a solid run too, so all in all a good day!
