Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: It was a good race for me. I have been trying to better myself in the swim and was able to get out of the water in 33 min, which for a natural runner I was pretty happy with. I had a good ride and the heat got to me on the run and I trudged a 1:50 half for an overall PR of 5:13 at 70.3, which got me 2nd in my AG. It was a good training day for Ironman Louisville in August. Congrats to all SF athletes who were there.
