Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: The PR was the victory – the AG place was a bonus given the fact that it’s always a small race.
Was the first time I set up a pre-race pacing strategy and followed it perfectly. Was happy b/c I completed the first run and the bike at the same time as last year but at a much lower heart rate, setting up a 1:35 improvement off the second 5k which is bumping my 5k PR from last year.
