Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Team Marshall plus Hannah had a great race at Clemson. Solid wetsuit swim, 6th female on the swim, solid bike, crappy run. I’m definitely not heat acclimated yet and that was not fun. Didn’t pay attention to the race categories when registering and just signed up as normal for age group. Well, if you want to place overall or masters overall then you have to sign up for open or Masters Open? I should’ve been 2nd Masters to Kris Kester(TSF teammate)but instead I won my first race in the 45-49 AG?!?!?! Wahooo! Almost the entire SE Region Youth Elite team was there and boy are they some talented kids, they smoked everybody! Oh yeah, the best news is Alex beat his Dad(Keith) so now Alex can trash talk him vs. me!!!
