Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: This was a really small race (# of participants) in a very scenic location, with some challenging hills on the bike course. This race was on the schedule as a tune-up for IM CDA. My goal was to get the nutrition/hydration right and not fall apart on the run, which I’ve done many times. In that respect, mission accomplished.
