Several Sport Factory athletes opened their season with a fun, short, but wet and rainy effort at the John Tanner Sprint Triathlon on 4/24/10 in Carrollton, GA.

Seventeen year old Katie June, coached by Holly Marzetti, won her age group and finished 4th overall, just 22 seconds off the podium. A newcomer to our 2010 team with a lot of potential and a killer attitude, Diane Dutcher finished second in the (20-24) AG. We look forward to supporting her progress this season! And congratulations to Katrina Ferguson, coached by Chris Zimmer, who finished 2nd in her AG (40-44).

On the men’s side, our Junior Elite athlete, Brian Duffy, finished 2nd in the (15-19) AG.
