Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Great race experience for myself and the kids. Highlight was meeting Craig Alexander two time defending Ford Ironman Champion at the Meek & Mighty awards presentation. Crazy swim with waves and current making the finish challenging. The bike was just as difficult with gusty winds threatening to throw me off my bike. For the enormous crowd of spectators and participants a very well run race.
