On Sunday, May 16th, the talented Sport Factory swim coaches will host the 3rd of a 4-part series of swim clinics designed to give you the tools you need for success in the pool and open water.  This weekend’s Video Swim Clinic will focus on catch and pull, general workout guidelines, and discussion of swim equipment.
