Personal: : I am graduating from Kennesaw State University in July with a B.S. in Exercise and Health Science and look forward to pursuing a further degree in the field. I work at Big Peach Running Company and love to get people into all areas of fitness.

Athletic experience/accomplishments: I ran XC and Track in High School and at KSU for 2 years and have been competing in tri’s for 3 years. I have been a competitive runner my whole life and some of my PR’s are 1500m-4:06 and 5k- 15:45. I have done one 70.3 in 5:13 and am racing Louisville 140.6 this season with my ENTIRE family( Mom, Stepdad, Brother, and Sister). I could not be a more blessed individual to race with my family. My body was created to go the distance and I love doing just that.

2010 Goals: Complete Lousiville 140.6 and Pinhoti 100 mile UltraMarathon in November.

Inspiration: My body is a temple and I must take care of it, God says so!
