Personal: : I serve as a Lead Teacher of Exceptional Services for Cedartown High School. I am married to Mark and we live in Cedartown, GA with our cats.
I am very active including duathlons, triathlons, adventure races, long distance backpacking, and mountain climbing. I am also a certified yoga instructor.
I took 2010 as a recovery year because I was burned out on the multi sport training and my body was exhausted. Yet I still managed to set a marathon PR in NYC in November.
I am returning to a full duathlon season for 2011 and am excited to see where my training takes me this year!
