I earned my MBA from Duke University and have been with BellSouth/ATT since 1981, finally getting to Atlanta in 1999. Growing up on a dairy farm, I knew I had to find something easier to do in life.

Photography is my other hobby, and I’ve shot professionally for the ING Marathon.

Athletic experience/accomplishments: 2010 will be my 25th year in triathlon.

I’ve completed eight IronMan distance races, over 25 half IM’s and somewhere north of 200 triathlons overall. I’ve been to nationals, had a slot this year to Clearwater (declined to go) and am usually competitive locally.

IronMan Germany in 2007 was the most exciting race in my 25 years. If you really want a unique and special experience, do a European IronMan event.
