Tell us about your race (limit 250 words)…: A good day- several other team members were on the podiums. This race marked the completion of all my goals for the season: 1) Qualify for Du Worlds. 2) Podium in a cycling omnium race. 3) Win the GA state parks duathlon series. Time for a rest week before the build-up for Worlds- the hip needs to heal!
