Tell us about your race (limit 500 words)…: Nice race, as usual. I had a good swim- finally felt good about the swim leg in a race. Had a great bike- cut over 3 minutes off my bike time over last year. My run was a oittle slower than last year and slower than I wanted to be, but my fast bike time compensated for it. Overall, I am very pleased with my performance and placement!
