Tell us about your race (limit 250 words)…: I recommend this race!! Our first time doing this race that is put on by Set Up,Inc. I raced the Olympic on Saturday, with Lisa and Alex racing the Aquathon National Championship on Sunday, and Clay racing the Sprint distance tri on Sunday. The race is in the mountains of NC, 3 1/2 hr drive from Atlanta. Its a wet suit swim, only a few hills on the bike, which is surprising since the venue is surronded by mountains. The run is out & back, gradual up hill going out, which makes a nice 3 mile down hill finish. The run is mostly in the shade, and the temps were in the 60s & 70s. Hard to believe it was in the middle of summer in the south. I was happy with a sub 40 10K. The family took 3 first AG and 1 2nd AG.
