Tell us about your race (limit 250 words)…: This year they had over 1000 registered women! The swim waves were very large and the starting area was quite congested. Lisa & I were wave 3 and had to swim through a couple of waves but it wasn’t too bad. The bike course was much smoother than last year due to the newly paved roads. The run was pretty hot but it could have been a lot worse! The volunteers were AWESOME!! It was cool to see and meet some of the pro women. The only down side was they didn’t give awards to the top amateur women.
