Tell us about your race (limit 250 words)…: While dealing with the blazing heat in the Half IM the last two years I decided to try the sprint distance this year. What a great choice! The swim(slow) and bike(fast) were at my normal pace. I had a very suprising 5K run of 21:35 trying to stay ahead of a good buddy.
NICE WORK, Tooker!!! Not bad for the new baby daddy. Glad to see you and Gemmolva duking it out once again.
