Tell us about your race (limit 250 words)…: What a great day! Cool with little wind. And thanks to my new (to me) bike, and a professional fit by Coach Matt, I took 3 minutes from the other top competitors on the bike leg. There were lots of hills and fast descents, and my power training helped me take advantage of those. I saw team member Janet Jolly there, and it was awesome for TSF to go 2 for 2 on Overall podium placements. Race: 3 mi / 15 mi / 3 mi. Runs at 6:10 pace, bike at 22 mph avg. Good test race for Duathlon Nationals in 3 weeks!
