Personal: : I’m married, have a 19yr old daughter, and a 4yr old stepdaughter; I work as a program manager in IT. We’re pretty active, enjoy the outdoors – camping, biking, hiking, so on. I am an avid gardner, and a stained glass artist in my spare time. I also love a good book!

2009 Goals: I decided this year that I have been messing around with it long enough and it’s time to get serious about training, so I signed up with SF. My goals this season are to remain committed to my training for one! I’d also like to be placing in the top 15-20%. Race-wise I am finally going to compete in an Olympic distance tri (or two!), and am actually seriously considering a half for my A race in the latter half of the season. Dream goals – I don’t know yet. Maybe an ironman, maybe just a damn good 40-something sprinter. We’ll see!
