KATHERINE TINDOL

Personal: Married to Mike Tindol, accomplished triathlete and cyclist. Two step children, Russell and Nicole.
Russell, 16, is a cancer survivor and a member of the Frazier Juniors Elite program. Nicole, 13, is a very talented bass player in a local band. I got involved in triathlons in 2001 by participating in the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program. I mentored and helped coach in 2002 for TNT. I am a personal trainer at Bodyrich Fitness Company in Duluth. For the past 3 years I put together a plyometrics/core/strength training class for the Frazier Cycling team of juniors and parents. My passion is helping people lead a healthy lifestyle through exercise and eating smart. I enjoy competing to try to better myself both physically and mentally.

- Triathlon All American Honorable Mention in 2004 and 2006.
- Placed 2nd OVERALL in Tri the Park Series for 2007.
